GOURI PCL

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

GOURI is injected very uniformly into the skin or subcutaneous layer.

Compared to hyaluronic acid, GOURI has a longer clinical effect.

As a biodegradable polymer, it is naturally degraded by hydrolysis.

Unlike competing products, GOURI does not contain microparticles.

It is uniformly dissolved in water. Therefore, it has a uniform and low extrusion force from the syringe, so you can inject the preparation using ultra-fine needles with a diameter of 30-35G.

HOW IS GOURI PERFORMED?

GOURI 5-point injection technique (total of 10 injection points over the entire face)

GOURI can be administered by 2 different methods:

The 5-point injection technique involves injecting GOURI through 5 bio-stimulator points on each side of the face.

The preferred method, the cannula technique, is less invasive and safer and requires only 2 injection points on each side of the face.

Although the GOURI cannula technique requires more precision and skill, our aesthetic doctors prefer to use this method because it minimizes side effects such as swelling, bruising and inflammation that are common with the 5-point technique.

GOURI cannula injection technique (total of 4 injection points over the entire face)

The cannula technique involves using a small, blunt-tipped cannula instead of a traditional needle. An entry point is created on the skin with a thin needle, through which the cannula is inserted to insert GOURI into your skin. To ensure maximum comfort, a layer of numbing cream will also be gently applied to your face prior to treatment to minimize any potential discomfort.

Indications for use of GOURI:

· deepened puppet folds,

· deepened nasolabial folds,

· radiant lines around the mouth (smoker’s lines),

· lowered corners of the mouth,

· Crow’s feet,

· small atrophic scars, including acne lesions,

· cheek enlargement and shaping,

· improvement of the oval of the face,

· improvement of skin elasticity,

· firming of sagging and flabby skin,

· for all skin types.

The procedure using GOURI:

1. The Gouri procedure requires only 10 punctures with a fine needle (the needle diameter is 0.5 mm and the length is 4 mm), so no anesthesia is required. The preparation is injected superficially, that is, into the deep layers of the skin (the dermis).

2. During treatment – when administering the preparation, a slight spreading and slight pinching is felt.

3. Gouri dissolves evenly in water, so it requires a low extrusion force of the syringe. Therefore, the preparation can be injected with ultra-thin needles with a diameter of 35G. For comparison, the lip modeling procedure is performed with needles from 27 to 30G (the larger the G, the thinner the needle).

4. After the procedure, local redness, burning sensation, tenderness or slight swelling may occur at the injection site. These symptoms usually disappear within a few hours.

5. For optimal results, you should usually do a series of 2 (exceptionally 3) treatments every 4 to 8 weeks. The first effects are visible after 3-4 days and the full effect occurs after 2 weeks. Depending on age, lifestyle and skin quality, the effects of the treatment last from 6 to 12 months. To maintain the effects, the manufacturer recommends a booster treatment after 6 months.
